Before my training with Debbie Burgess, I could not take my 2 year old lab, Taylor, on a walk without being pulled all over the neighborhood. It was very sad and frustrating as it took a toll on our relationship, and Taylor was confined to our small backyard for her “walks”. It only took one lesson for me to see a difference. After our second lesson, Taylor and I were able to calmly walk the neighborhood. I cannot explain how grateful I am to Debbie for completely changing this aspect of our relationship. I highly recommend her for all of your training needs. She trained me as well as my pet so that I can truly enjoy the kind of lo9ving bond that a pet and owner should have.

I am writing this letter to you because I wanted to take the time to thank you, as well as your staff, for the care that you have given to my yorkies, Tiffany and Trevor. I have had to come in several times for different reasons during the past two months since adopting Trevor. There have been regular wellness visits and not feeling so good visits. Each time I have had to call, I have always been greeted with a friendly, caring voice on the other end of the phone. All of the girls up front are wonderful. The veterinary technicians are just great. We are so blessed to have found you and to have you providing such loving, professional care for our “furry babies”. You always know exactly what is wrong and how to fix it… the first time! Thank you for giving me a second chance at life. I was a very sick kitty and with your daily care and TLC, I am now feeling feline-fine! Firstly, we want to thank you for the care in which you gave Sox, even though you only saw him twice in the two years of treatment. We were touched by the way Sox was able to go to his final destination. Your staff was kind and we couldn’t have felt more comforted in the loving care I guess you have to treat both the patient as well as their parents.
